If you or a family member visits Community Hospital, St. Catherine Hospital, St. Mary Medical Center or Powers Health Rehabilitation Center for a medical appointment, an outpatient procedure or has been admitted to the hospital, there are various resources that we offer to ease you through the healthcare experience.
To assist you on your medical journey, our nurse navigators are on hand to coordinate test scheduling and appointments, work with physicians to get patients individualized care in a one-on-one setting and provide referrals to valuable aftercare resources.
