Patient Advocates

Caring For You
patients and visitors

The hospitals of Powers Health are committed to providing you and your loved ones with a respectful and positive healthcare experience. We want to ensure that you and your family are provided with safe, high quality compassionate care.

If you or a family member has a question or concern about your hospital stay, please let us know. We suggest you first discuss your concerns with your nurse, the hospital’s department manager and your doctor. If your concern remains unresolved, our Patient Advocates are available to help you reach a resolution or provide more information.

Our Patient Advocates can assist in the following ways:

  • Receive compliments for extraordinary staff members
  • Facilitate communication with your healthcare team
  • Address care concerns for you and your family
  • Bridge the gap where you feel your expectations have not been met
  • Report lost personal items

Our Patient Advocates welcome your calls and emails. After hours, on weekends and on holidays, a nursing supervisor is available to assist you.
