Diabetes Self-Management Education & Support: Gestational Diabetes

This is a one, 2 hour educational session that covers how to monitor one’s own glucose level, healthy eating, being active, monitoring, taking medication, problem solving, healthy coping, potential complications for the mother and child, and reducing risks.

The Diabetes Self-Management Program at Community Hospital has been recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Quality Self-Management Education.

Provider order and registration are required.
