The 2025 Empowering Women Retreat will support women as they journey through the stages of life, providing educational information, health screenings, and tools necessary to help achieve and maintain optimal health. Participate in interactive sessions, gain valuable resources and enjoy the opportunity to focus on your own well-being for the day.
Pre-registration is required and breakout sessions must be selected at time of registration. Registration closes April 18.

Small changes in our mindset and small activities can add up to a huge impact on your life and overall health. - Going with the Flow: The Effect of Perimenopause and Menopause on your Health
A gynecologist will discuss what's expected and normal, and when you need to see your doctor.

- The Magic of the Mediterranean Diet
A registered dietitian will dish about the Mediterranean diet, share some simple tips to follow at home and settle the red wine debate. A chef will present a cooking demonstration from a sample menu. - Creating Confidence
Hobbies and external interests are so important for women. In this session, you will create beautiful and functional art, and find ways to focus on positivity in everyday life.
