Healthy Family Month-Colon Kit Pick Up

As part of Healthy Family Month, come by for a free take home colorectal screening kit (Cologuard). Pick up will be between 8:00am and 4:30pm at the Valparaiso Health Center. A reservation is required for pick-up. Return your kit to Valparaiso Health Center by March 30th, 2021. 

Dates of distribution will be February 15th - February 26th. Monday-Friday only. No weekends. 

Enter in through the main entrance and proceed to the lab. A mask is required to enter the building.
