Physical Therapy for Plantar Fasciitis

A physical therapist and certified Astym® provider will discuss the role of physical therapy in plantar fasciitis. Learn about Astym® treatment, a soft tissue technique shown to re-generate healthy soft tissues and remove unwanted scar tissue. Part of the demonstration will include an introduction to dynamic tri-plantar functional stretches.
