behavioral health

Outpatient care through Behavioral Health Services is available for adults who are experiencing psychological difficulties but do not need to be hospitalized or have been discharged from a hospital setting for transitional care. In addition to group and individual therapy sessions, Behavioral Health Services offers ketamine therapy for individuals suffering from depression who meet special criteria for quick relief of their symptoms.

Intensive Outpatient Program

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured treatment option designed for adults who are experiencing behavioral or emotional difficulties and do not require inpatient psychiatric care or are transitioning from hospitalized care. Individually designed group therapy sessions focus on improving daily coping skills, establishing safety, processing feelings, understanding symptoms and enhancing self-respect. The program runs six to eight weeks, meeting up to four days per week for three hours.
