Cancer Care Clinical Trials

The Powers Health Cancer Research Foundation is bringing area patients the latest research advances in diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cancer. Through clinical trials sponsored by the foundation, local patients have been among the first to benefit from treatments that are less invasive and have helped to improve survival.

Foundation sponsors research trials at all Powers Health hospitals. As part of Powers Health, the foundation helps support the area’s largest cancer treatment and research programs.

The foundation is established as a National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) which is a national network that brings cancer clinical trials and care delivery studies to people in their own communities.
