Each staff member undergoes a screening, national criminal background check, drug screening, driver’s license check and review of references. All clinicians receive comprehensive orientation and ongoing training.
Professional Care at Home
Our Home Healthcare Services help you make a smooth transition from the hospital to your home and are provided through the following licensed Medicare, Medicaid agencies: Community Home Health Services and Home Health of St. Mary Medical Center.
We work with your healthcare provider to minimize the chance of re-hospitalization. We identify home healthcare needs, administer and manage complex treatments, and educate patients and families about prescribed diets and medications.
