The acronym S.T.O.P. – B.A.N.G. in this short, simple quiz will help determine whether you are at risk for developing sleep apnea.

Do you SNORE loudly (louder than talking or loud enough to be heard through closed doors)? YES / NO
Do you often feel TIRED, fatigued, or sleepy during daytime? YES / NO
Has anyone OBSERVED you stop breathing during your sleep? YES / NO
Do you have or are you being treated for high blood PRESSURE? YES / NO
If you answered “YES” to two or more of the above questions, then you are ranked as being at high risk for obstructive sleep apnea.

The “S.T.O.P.” portion of the questionnaire, when combined with the “B.A.N.G.” portion (Body mass index; Age; Neck circumference; and Gender) help determine your risk of developing obstructive sleep apnea.

YES to 0-2 questions: Low risk of OSA
